Through a play-based process modeled on the Jagadamba pedagogical approach, children ages 9–12 explore topics such as tolerance and empathy, roles in the social environment, teamwork and trust, personal values and goals, as well as skills for safe behavior in the digital world.
The approach is holistic and synergistic—we do not present ready-made conclusions, but rather create experiences through which the child arrives at them on their own. The methodology is based on real models from social-emotional learning: emotional intelligence (Goleman), the theory of growth mindset (Duyek), and intrinsic motivation (Deci and Ryan).
Upon completion of the academy, each child receives an individual mentoring session with feedback on their progress and development, along with specific recommendations. Over the course of six days, the team observes the child in a variety of situations and group dynamics, which provides an in-depth and accurate picture of their development.
The result: a child who understands their own place in the group, knows how to work with others, and carries these skills beyond the academy.
